Returns & Refunds

1. Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Item condition
- Unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons some items cannot be returned once the seal is opened (this is called out on the product page).
3. Shipping costs
The customer pays return shipping, unless the item was defective or shipped in error, in which case we cover the cost in full.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the item, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
5. How to start a return
Email terms@openly.ae with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with shipping instructions and the return address.
6. Non-returnable items
- Custom-made or personalised items.
- Vouchers and gift cards.
