1. Acceptance

By using the storefront you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Products & pricing

We aim to display products accurately. Prices include applicable UAE VAT. We may correct an obvious pricing error before shipping your order.

3. Orders & payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is not accepted until we send you an email confirmation. We may decline an order for fraud-prevention or geographic-restriction reasons.

4. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss transfers to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns & refunds

The return policy published on the Returns page applies.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for any unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access, or circumvent security controls.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks and content are owned by Openly Technology Co. L.L.C or our licensors. No reuse without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights under UAE law.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
